The AERO Designer's Series is our architect-led luxury collaboration offering. Every element of the cabin — walls, ceiling, lighting, floor, handrails, and door — is selected to create a cohesive design statement.
We work directly with architects and interior designers to realize their vision, from initial concept through engineering validation to final installation.
Every AERO lift installation follows a precision-engineered six-stage process — from initial site visit to final commissioning and handover.
Our engineers visit the site to evaluate shaft dimensions, load-bearing capacity, pit depth, and ceiling height. A full 3D CAD layout is produced before any procurement begins.
The lift shaft is constructed or verified to specification — reinforced concrete walls, pit waterproofing, ventilation grilles, and landing door openings are prepared to exact tolerances.
Precision-machined guide rails are plumbed and bolted to the shaft walls using heavy-duty brackets. The car sling and counterweight frame are assembled and aligned to 0.5mm tolerance.
The traction machine or hydraulic power unit is installed and wired. The controller board is programmed, rope tensions set, buffer springs fitted, and all safety gear — including speed governors — calibrated.
The selected AERO cabin interior — walls, ceiling, flooring, lighting, handrails, and door panels — is fitted and finished to specification. Landing doors and sills are installed at each floor level.
Full load testing, safety tests (buffers, overspeed, door interlock), noise measurement, and travel smoothness verification. Documentation, operating manuals, and a maintenance schedule are handed to the client.
Whether you're an architect designing a luxury residence, a developer planning a commercial tower, or a homeowner looking for the perfect lift — we're ready to talk.
